What is a "person" for billing calculation?
A person can be an employee, contractor, supervisor, manager, or administrator. A person may also have more than one role. For example, a person with a software administrator role may also be an employee that clocks in. They are billed as only one person.
Are there add-on fees for more than one administrator/manager/supervisor?
No. While some platforms have a monthly surcharge for additional software administrators, webtimeclock adds $0 (zero) extra fee for any user roles. Pay only one low rate per person, regardless of their software role.
Are there add-on fees for using a time clock terminal?
No. While some platforms have a monthly surcharge for connecting multiple clocks to the software, webtimeclock adds $0 (zero) extra fees, regardless of how many clock terminals are connected.
Do you offer different levels with different features?
With webtimeclock what you see is what you get. All features are included with every account.
How often will my rate increase?
Never, webtimeclock offers a rate lock guarantee, rates will not increase for active accounts in good standing.
Will my bill be the same every month?
It depends on your usage. webtimeclock uses a pay as you go pricing model meaning you only pay for what you use each month. If your person count increases or decreases then your monthly bill will increase or decrease accordingly.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No, webtimeclock is a month to month service. We'd love to see you stay forever but you are free to leave our service at any time for any reason. No catches, no penalty, no hoops to jump through.
How does annual billing work?
You are essentially pre-paying for service with a discount applied to the fees. We start by counting the number of active employees you have, then calculate the projected annual total cost at the advertised discounted rate. When paid, that amount is held as credit to be used to cover future monthly billing. Each month we invoice based on your current person count and deduct that from your credit. You will never pay for more than the actual person count used for each month. When the prepaid account credit is used the cycle repeats unless you choose to switch to the standard monthly billing.
Is payroll optional?
Yes, the full service payroll suite can be added at any time.
