Setting the time on your HandPunch time clock:

AT THE CLOCK:

Supervisor logs in using password 2
Press *(No) until you get to Set Date/Time option
Press #(Yes)
Enter correct date and time values
	***  The hour setting must be set using 24 hour format
	     i.e. 2:15pm would be entered as Hour=14, Minute=15



FROM COMPUTIME101 SOFTWARE:

Select file-->HandPunch Utilities-->Send Time To Clocks
If the computer time is correct, select Yes to update your clock
